Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by MRIDA, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, convenience charges or other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where relevant.

We accept payment methods made available through our website and authorised payment providers.

For jewellery and other products, the appearance of finishes, textures and colours may vary slightly from the images shown online.

Such minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.

If you receive a product that is materially different from its description or is damaged or defective, please contact us in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5. Product Availability

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify products or remove products from sale at any time.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that MRIDA has accepted the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable law and the relevant payment provider's processing timelines.

7. Shipping and Delivery

MRIDA currently ships to locations serviced by our available delivery partners.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines provided on the website or at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Courier delays;

  • Weather or natural events;

  • Public holidays;

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions;

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

  • Customer unavailability;

  • Remote or restricted delivery locations;

  • Government restrictions; or

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delivery is also subject to the courier's processes and timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

If an order is returned to MRIDA because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment where applicable.

8. Inspection on Delivery

We recommend that you inspect your package and products promptly after delivery.

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please document the condition of the package, including photographs or video where possible, before opening it and contact MRIDA as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Returns and Refunds
